Refund and Cancellation Policy

Global Nexos Solutions LLC and its associated sub-brands (Studio Pech, Scapefy, Trazoar) are committed to delivering high-quality, customized professional services. By engaging with our agency, contracting our services, or making a payment through our website or third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe), you agree to the following policy.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the custom, strategic, and labor-intensive nature of our business consulting, digital marketing, design, and architecture services, all sales are final. The value of our services is heavily dependent on the time, expertise, and resources dedicated by our team from the moment a project begins. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, either partial or in full, for services already rendered, consulting hours worked, digital products delivered, or advertising campaigns executed.
2. Retainer and Subscription Cancellations
For clients operating under ongoing monthly retainers or subscription-based service agreements, services will remain active and billable until formally canceled. Clients may cancel their active agreements by providing a written notice strictly via email to contacto@globalnexos.com at least thirty (30) days in advance of their next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing cycle or any past payments.
- Failure to provide the 30-day notice will result in the automatic billing of the subsequent cycle.
3. Project Delays and Abandonment
Timely communication is essential for the success of any digital or design project. If a client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals, delaying a project for more than thirty (30) consecutive days without prior written agreement, Global Nexos Solutions LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate the project. In such cases, all deposits and payments made up to that point are strictly non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We treat payment disputes and unwarranted chargebacks very seriously. If a client initiates a chargeback with their credit card company or bank for a valid, non-refundable charge as outlined in this policy, Global Nexos Solutions LLC reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend all ongoing services.
- Revoke access to all digital assets, accounts, or platforms managed by our team.
- Submit comprehensive evidence (including contracts, communication, and proof of deliverables) to the payment processor or banking institution to dispute the chargeback.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Global Nexos Solutions LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances. However, this does not imply any obligation to grant exceptions to this policy.
